Will my back surgery disqualify me from obtaining a cdl?

i had back surgery(herniated disk repair) 3 months ago, and I am currently studying for my CDL written test and was told by my dad I need to ask about my surgery to see if I can still become a rduck driver.

Any advice or answers will be greatly appreciated

IS UP TO THE DMV. OR DONT TELL,HAVE TO GET A MED CARD FROM THE DMV. VERY 2 YRS OR VERY 3 MONTHS I HAD BRAIN SURGERY AND IAM A TRUCK DRIVER FOR TEN YRS,GOOD LUCK, GOD BLESS U.

tougher regulations might reconsider

You do get a dot physical and have pass the
testing. You may be a risk to some companies
more then likely look to see what companies say
trucking is a highly regulated industry and get
tougher every year.
