Will I be fired over minor fender bender

I am a new truck driver and just got in an accident while with my trainer. I was turning left and cliped the car in the left turn lane on my left corner. The car had some damage, no damage to the truck. No one hurt. Not sure, but could have sworn i cleared the intersection and suspect the guy moved into me. My trainer also suspects that the other driver moved. Regardless, I received a citation.

I have 2 previous speeding tickets (not from driving a truck).

Does anyone know the chances of me being fired? The safety department did not seem to think it was a big deal. I was not doing anything to make the situation unsafe.
