why will my peterbilt not start after I changed the fuel line that had a hole in it?

The fuel line on my big truck rubbed a whole in it and I change it and now it will not start.

most likely you have air in the line...there is a hand pump to bleed the air out....sometimes that doesn't work and you will have to crack the line....meaning open up the injector nut till fuel comes out while someone else attempts to starts it

what do you mean wont start? did you loose the key for the trucks ignition switch? are the batteries connected? please describe your setup....
