When are the weight scales least busy in North Carolina?

I tow an Airstream trailer with a 3/4 ton Dodge/Cummins and need to set up the weight distribution hitch for optimum safety and ease of towing. I do not wish to take time from active drivers at the weigh stations, so to have my unit weighed three or more times and adjust the hitch in between weights, I would like to go to the scale when it is least busy.
Is there an answer to my question?
FYI, I used to have a moho and flat tow a car.. only 51,000 miles (CGVWR of about 45,000 lbs, 61 feet long)
