What type of truck do I need to haul mobile homes

I am trying to start a mobile home moving business. I was offered a 1999 FLD day cab with an M11 engine with original miles of 140k. It is in excellent conditions. My only concern is that it is a single axle Truck with the rear end capacity of 20,000 pounds.
Will that be okay for the job that I will be doing???
