What trucking companies allow children under 12 and 2 riders

My husband is looking into getting his CDL are there any companies that allow children under the age of 12 to ride and if so what are the companies we have an 8yr old daughter and are wanting to spend the summer with him on the road but the companies i have looked into kids have to 12 or older.
We live in SW Missouri area (Joplin-springfield) thanks for any info and can there be more then one passenger at a time riding like me and my daughter
