What is this truck carrying?

What is this load?

I have noticed these trucks passing by my office about every 15 minutes or so. They are always carrying 7 pallets, no more, no less.

They must be very heavy, otherwise more might be included in a shipment. I thought someone on this forum might know what they are as my curiosity is killing me.
