What can expect to see on my dac report?

Was hired in 2006 by TMC, got about 3 months with my truck. My son had some health issues that needed me to be home. After 1 week TMC sent a local driver to pick up truck, to return to the Indy yard. Was not able to leave again for a couple of months. TMC would not offer another job. Has this hurt my future opportunities? Thanks for your input.
