Training to get my cdl and got pulled over because my trainer wasn't wearing his seat belt properly and i got the ticket. What can i do?

Ticket is wrote out to me even though i was wearing mine. In the description on the ticket it says passenger was not wearing seat belt properly.


The passenger was my trainer. What can i do?

Driver's responsibility to make sure passengers have seat belts on. (in a car or truck, makes no difference) Jimmy
