Is there such a salary, or configuration thereof, whereby, a licensed CDL OTR beginner driver can be compensated weekly based on an annually agreed upon gross salary?
Meaning no per mile calculations, no driving or rig expenses, tolls etc. I only want to operate the rig as a company driver and be compensated as such; nothing more, nothing less.
