On a scale i would have to place this company at a low 4, it all has to do with management.
Southern Refrigerated has the potential of being a great company if only Tony (Owner) would come out of his Ivory tower and Teach his management how to load plan, how to dispatch and demand from his lower management to give due respect to the drivers that are paying the wages of the company as a whole.
I am at this point looking for a company that has something more to offer than sitting, after 21 years i see no more future for the drivers that are looking to be taken care of.
If anyone has an idea of a middle standing company, suggestions would be greatly taken.
