Speeding in a weigh station ticket

Have a driver who received a ticket for speeding in a weigh station!! Observed but no radar or any real proof except for 3 other uniforms!


Question is- does a non public highway ticket appear on our SMS score??

Good question. I don't know about that.

As far as that ticket, if there is no radar, I would just show up in court.

They probably drop it.

I would consider dropping that driver though. I'm sure he was going pretty fast for them to make that claim.

Should be video and even if it doesn't prove speed, if it slows him traveling fast through a weigh station it really shows some poor judgement and you should wonder how he/she interacts with traffic.
