Slow cooker Ham steak with asparagus and potato

by Sue
(NB Canada(but sitting in Castaic, CA as I type this : )))

Take a potato (white or sweet potato) and wash then put into slow cooker ( no need to poke) and put on low for 2 hrs....then simply put the ham steak on top then place the asparagus spears on top and cook for another hour, and voila, a perfectly cooked healthy meal......Make sure you have some mustard butter packets on hand to top off that perfect meal!!!!

ha ha, one, tiny ham steak.....it's not an every day meal anyway, lol......There is 600+ mg of sodium depending on your steak and 31% of your vitamin C for the day.......It will all be ok, trust me... ; )
