Slip trip and skip, admission to school...

I had a fall accident twenty-four years ago. I have since fully recovered from a leg injury and a mild head injury. In light of that, would a trucking school accept me?


And if so, how can I get a doctor's note subsequent from the physical examination? Which is what the clinic was asking me for but I am pretty sure that information is no longer available...

Larry, if you take a DOT Physical and they say you are good to go, I don't know what else you need.

However should you need your medical records, there should be records about your medical history where you were treated.

I don't see why a trucking school wouldn't accept you.
