Refusal to Test Not On My DAC

I was asked to go take a random drug test last August. I signed the paper stating that I would take the test, however, I decided I had enough with the company's bs that i was working for and quit and did not take the test.

There is no record of the refusal on my DAC nor my MVR so my question is am I OK to continue driving else where.
