If a driver is red tagged at the scale and it throws him over hours is there a violation on the log or is it ok to proceed to the nearest stop?

If there is no where to safely,legally park at, or close to the scales to park at, you can move on to the very nearest place that is safe and legal to park at. This all needs to be noted in the log.
