Portable Radios

My husband is a local truck driver. He has noticed that some drivers have portable radios. Where can I buy one for him?

what kind of radio are you talking about i remember radio shack ,aking a portable hand haeld cb radio, that had batteries inside and could also be plugged into the 12 volt.
some companies are now using verizon ptt (push to talk) cell phones. and then also theh sprint nextel . they are like two way raadios.

are you refering to am/fm radios that are like the walkmans?

and of course the trunked repeater radios for local biger companies they could also use handhelds.
