no passenger contract

I own a company and I hired someone to drive and they asked If someone can ride with them. I called the insurance company and in the insurance paper work there are to be no riders.
If I make a contract up and put in there that the person that is riding understands that there is a no rider insurance clause in our insurance policy.
Will that help if we let a person ride with a driver. We only have 2 trucks.
