Need help! What trucking company will hire with reckless driving 3 yrs old

I have a friend who graduated from a trucking school and earned his cdl but, now a lot of the companies are turning him down because he has reckless driving on his record that's three years old.


Does anyone know of a trucking company that will definitely hire him even though he has that and a couple old speeding tickets?
