I got a misdemeanor marijuana possession and paraphernalia in December 2011 i turned 21 in may 2013 is there any chance i can still get my trucking license ???

Jim you can get your license. Getting the trucking job might be a little challenging but the older your charge gets the more opportunities you will have.

Many trucking companies use the 5 year mark for hiring with a drug charge. Some use 10 years.

However, there are some who don't use either of those markers for a misdemeanor weed charge as long as you can pass the drug test for not using lately.
