Is it a moving violation of you don't follow the truck route?

Husband was pulled over and got a ticket for not using the truck route. Just wondering if this would be considered a moving violation.


Worries me because one more ticket and he's done for 5 years.

I got a truck route violation 718 and 743–4350 didn’t follow a truck route sign because my GPS was telling me to go the other way Garmin and was wondering if this was a moving violation

It's a local ordinance ticket...it's not a state reporting order.
No...it will not be on state record ..it will not be reported to the state. .pay the fine and forget about it.
