this is a question for a doctor to answer......that is who determines if you can drive/work or not medically..

and you can determine if it is safe for others or you to be behind the wheel of a big rig under your condition...

a high white blood cell count can mean several different things and you do not mention what exactly your condition is....

bacterial
viral
rheumatoid arthritis
leukemia
high physical/mental stress

so please check with your doctor before anyone here gets your hopes up....
