It is not your personal vehicle

The problem with that is that you would be using the truck as if it is your personal vehicle. That should answer your question.

The answer is no. You can not use the truck as your personal vehicle.

The best thing for you to do is get a load back to the terminal and then quit.

If you are in good standing, that should not be a problem because you should be able to have a conversation with your contact/dispatcher that you are going to leave the company and to get you back home as soon as possible.
