I hit a power pole & called the police. No citation but a accident report was file. Well this affect my mvr.

I've gotten accident reports and it dodnt go on my MVR.

That being said, I am not sure of the answer to your but I think it might depend on the state laws.

Best thing to do is ask law enforcement ans insurance company to find out for sure.
