I need to interview a class 1 driver for school purpose

I am trying to get funding for my class 1 license through the government and they want me to do a quick interview with some truck drivers. Its a quick questionnaire no more than 5 mins, please help.

I live in Vancouver Canada and would be easier to email the questionaire than calling or even posting it on life as a truckers forum, I also need to interview 1 buisness owner for the same school research questionaire so if you know anyone that I can forward this to that would be greatly appreciated.
