Come to Ohio you will have to take written General Knowledge portion of test to transfer not skills test.

Wouldnt think you need to retake your test. Just go to the DMV and get your license information changed and you should be good. Just a change of address is all. Maybe someone else can give you more info about it but I would think you just get your info changed. Hell if you got a license in Texas, the greatest state in these 48, what the hell would Ohio have you do different! YeeHaw keep on truckin from San Antonio!
