I got a dui 4years ago, and can't get a truck driving job, what can I do?

I have 10+ years over the road safe driving, however, I made a dumb decision 4 years ago, which I got a dwi, now I can't get a trucking jobs. Also, I haven't driven a truck now for 4 years which makes it twice as hard. Any suggestions?

The best thing I can say is to try and get a job doing something where there are trucks. Like moving helper or dock work at a warehouse that hires so the people can have history with you when you apply as a driver.

You are probably not going to find too many trucking companies to hire you until you hit that 5 year mark.

You should looking to the company on the trucking jobs for felons page though. See what they say.
