Husband just started at Werner a few days ago

We have been married for 6 months now. I am not very happy with this profession but Florida just does not have any jobs.

He left 3 days ago for Werner and will be getting his trainer sometime today for the 6 week training. This is day #4 and it seems to be getting easier, he has also been much sweeter to me.

Luckily I have school, (no kids), friends and family to keep me busy while he's away. We are a young couple, both 25 yrs old. After training, he wants me to drive with him and I am pretty sure I will go since I do not work.

To be quite honest, some of these stories on here scare me. Hopefully he wont do this for life.

cdl and starting out as a new trucker NEW

Hi my husband is at CDL training . he has 2 more weeks to test for CDL Licence . hopefully he'll pass . hes thinking of going with Werner. we have 3 kids . 17, 11, and 9 .
i work 35 hours a week . any one know how long Werner will have him OTR to start with ? and how many times does he get to test in order to pass CDL?

My husband and i will be married 3 yrs this is day 4 training in indiana for him. its really hard on me but it does seem to get easier, I don't have my family around me because their all in st. Louis but i do have his so thats good i also have some pretty awesome friends. i got on here to maybe learn how other wives handle this type of life style my mom was a truckers wife but he cheated all the time. Just like you some of these stories have me freaked out, But i just have to have faith that my husband will do right.
