how to get a company i used to work for to pay for property damage

Had an accident that caused property damage(guardrail ) 12 years ago I recently learned that I had a judgement against me because the company never paid for the damage, what is the proper procedure to get this resolved?

What state you live in....most states have a time limit when you can file a civil suit. Most states are 1,2,3,4,5,6, years....then its to late.
