how long does it take to get back into trucking with one at fault accident

I was a student driver and I just finished my truck driver training and I got my own truck and my first day on the job I had an accident.

They said I was at fault but I thought otherwise and I was just wondering how long it will take for the accident to go off my dmv report so I can start driving again
