HELP!! air brake inspection!!

HI there,I am in Canada,where our air brake test is a 31 step practical test!only allowed 6 wrong and there are 11 of them that if you get one of them wrong you fail instantly. we have to remember them all with out reading them during the test.it is the practical part of test,
I realize that in time it will come natural,but are there any tricks to learning these to do the test?
