Has anyone else had a lot of problems with Indiana?

I have another problem now. I went to my own DMV to have my license transferred back to Kentucky and take my permit test again because I cannot transfer my permit.
Well now I cant do either until I get a bunch of crap fixed. Indiana did not cancel out my license in KY and gave me another there. So I am licensed in 2 states and that is illegal.
Dmv said it is not my fault, but It may take at least a month to get it fixed. So now I cannot test here or anywhere until all has been cleared up. This is crap.
I am trying to keep my head up and do what I need to do to fix it, but Its seems like the problems just keep coming.
