Got a Ticket Today for Being in the Left Lane?

Got a ticket today for being on left lane not far left lane but one next to it he asked for my license. I only have my class b learners.


Shouldn't the officer have asked for his license also to make sure he is a holder of a cdl license also.

I am assuming the he and his is the passenger.

I am not sure if they are required to check. That would seem logical to me if you only have learners permit though.

By the way were you driving a class b vehicle or tractor trailer?
