I got failure to wear seat belt tickets while sitting on the scale, When officers know I took it off after entering into the scale area

Why would you take it off going into the scale? Seems the only thing you would be able to do is get a lawyer and the lawyer could probably get the video to prove you had it on.

Don't even know if that would matter though.
