Getting tickets in a dump truck

Just started working for a small company a friend owns and im new to driving. The dump trucks are not registered or inspected right now. "Should" be soon. There is no tarp on my truck. The only lights that work on the truck are the headlights and i believe the turn signals, but none of the break lights or running lights.

If i get a ticket for any of those, who is responsible for the tickets me or the company??? And will those tickets go against my record or license? Thanks

Don't drive the truck if the brake lights doesn't work.

Also, you and the company will be liable. The ticket is nothing. Suppose someone runs into the back of you when you stop? And you kill them!

I don't even understand what you are doing.

I would not work for this guy. Unless you left out a lot of important details.
