getting a job with a cdl permit

I am twenty years old, and will turn twenty-one in January. I recently obtained my cdl A permit with doubles/triples and tank endorsements. I live in CT. It seems some companies will take cdl permit carriers and train/pay them. But one has to be 21 years old. I am unemployed, and trying hard to get a job.

Does anyone know of companies that will train cdl permit carriers under 21 years old?
