Officially, your CDL is NOT valid unless you have in your possession a current medical card. However, I've heard of Cops issue a warning only. Depends on the Cop. Some have soft hearts for CDL drivers and some are hardnoses.

Hubby needs to be more responsible. Would he leave home in his underwear, forgetting to put his pants on ? I doubt it. Trucking carries a big responsibility. Why didn't he have his seatbelt on ? Jimmy
