Felony on my record - but been with company 9 years
When I was hired I was honest on my hiring application it asked if I had any felonies I said yes been working for the company for about nine years no warnings no suspensions perfect drivers license. All my customers like me no problems with work.
Today I received a background check in my envelope. I am stressing that my company will fire me what are my options. Do you think they will fire me if the same felony comes up on this background check that was on the last one of hiring me.
