I used Driver Solutions company-paid truck driving school to get my job with USA Truck. It was a good experience for me. Driver Solutions recommended the best trucking companies for me to work for and then the trucking company paid for my cdl training. I went to C1 Truck Driver Training for a 3 week school to get my cdl and then went out with a USA Truck driver trainer for paid on the job training. Both the trucking school instructors and the USA people are top notch at helping new drivers like me succeed. The trucks are good. Most are late model trucks at the trucking school and USA Truck runs a lot of very new International trucks with a few Freightliners also.

Driver Solutions is in cohoots with USA & P.A.M. I think they get as many applicants as possible, promise them everything under the sun then shaft em in the end!!!!!

You get there and find out P.A.M hasn't done ANY of the reference checks they're suppose to. USA doesn't even tell you if you have a job until you GO THERE FOR "ORIENTATION" and can and does still send you home if they don't want you.

You sit n wait for days trainers - Level 1 and Level 2 - and they don't even have enough for the ones coming out of school.

They drive TRASH trucks. They have a new CEO that is sitting on 2010 trucks and won't put them into service!!!!

The "truck mechanics" can't inspect and service a truck in under 2 weeks.

FIND ANOTHER SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!! THIS ONE SUCKS
