I have three marijuana misdemeanors do I have any chance at getting a CDL? Swift told me wait 5 years but I dont think they knew I had 3

yeah you can, don't let that deter you from doing it, i have a scratchy past no felonies 2 misdeameanors and a dui and got a job, but i had to wait for all that stuff to lapse over 5 years before i could even get into a truck. So if it is over 5 years go for it but don't get anything else or u will f ur self out of the game completely.
