I was stopped by dot in Iowa and they said that the dog hit on my trailer then they put the dog in the trailer loaded with potatoes is that legal and or against food safety regulations

...that if the Department of Transportation saw the need to put a canine in your trailer due to probable cause, that this particular "hit" would definitely trump the "no dog in the produce area" equation ~


Are you trying to sue them or something?


Was your produce ruined?


My guess is you think you have a lawsuit. Trust me, suing the DOT will take more than just a good attorney.
