can swifts driving academy legally report a failed drug screen to my dac even though i dont have a CDL nor was actually hired on to Swift transportation? i havent done any drugs in over 3 months but ua came up dirty for THC on the conformation test at 22NG and max is 15-14ng the medical review officer said the heavy doses of pain medicine i took prior wouldnt have triggered a positive but web says differently.
