Yes, no medical card means your CDL is not valid. Easy enough to fix, go and renew it. Be advised, the cop can put you OOS or issue a citation. It's his call. Jimmy

Are you saying your medical card expired or you just don't have your physical card?

IF your card expired then you probably have a suspended CDL.

Call to Medical Cert office for instruction. Then t go get medical card renewed and send copy to your Medical Cert division of Department of Transportation Commercial Vehicle.
