Can I get a trucking job with these Points On My License

I have been looking at becoming a truck driver for about 3 years now. I have been driving a taxi part-time on weekends to save money for a school and I finally have the money together.
The problem is that I have a speeding ticket (72 MPH in a 55 MPH), a change lane ticket and a left turn where prohibited ticket on my license—6 points in the state of Ohio. Also I have a misdemeanor conviction for theft from a family dispute that happened in June of 2002.
The truck driving school said the misdemeanor will not be a real problem but my tickets that I got on my license will make it difficult getting a job.
Does anyone know of companies that will hire someone with 3 tickets?
