Can I get a OTR job with 3 DWI's in a lifetime?

In 2008 I completed a CDL driving school. As of 2010 I have had a clean driving record for 7 years. Unfortunately I made mistakes in my younger years.

I have 3 DWI's in my lifetime none of which were with my CDL, nobody else was involved. AM I automatically disqualified from driving over the road, I just keep getting turned down.
