You have a 50/50 chance. Companies hire on case by case basis depending on circumstances of the charge, degree (misdemeanor or felony) & how long ago it was.
Be truthful your life has to be an open book. Getting the CDL would be useless unless you are guaranteed to be hired.

i would call some trucking companies first make sure you are hire-able, that charge will send up red flags right away. i mean you are driving a truck with a bed in the back. pretty obvious why your charge would be a concern.

What do you mean get help with CDL?

You can go to truck driving school and you can get a truck driving job as far as I know unless you're not supposed to leave the state.

(I separated the letters on that word because I don't want google to confuse this with a website related to that word)
