Can I drive over 11 hrs to get to a place to stop?

I think your allowed to drive 11 hours and then u have to take a 10 hour break.. Let's say u drove ur 11 hours.. Can you keep driving to a motel or to a store? What if your on a highway? U can't rest on the shoulder can you?

you need to find a safe and legal place to park.

sometimes you go over your hours BUT DO NOT MAKE IT A HABIT. you need to trip plan better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I shoot for a place to park at ten hours, especially late at night when i know parking is tight. If say i am parking at 2PM i will shoot for 10.5 hours driving BUT i rarely push that.
PART OF YOUR JOB is finding a safe place to park BEFORE your 11 hours is up.
