I'd rather drive next to someone who doesn't kno a beer law for possession, than a foreigner or colored folk any day.

I dont understand how you as a CDL licensed person does not know this.

Carrying alcohol in the cab of a Commercial Vehicle is prohibited by federal law! It may be transported in a load but not for the driver's personal use or consumption under no circumstances!

And if you try to pull a fast one and hide it in your trailer and it's discovered by law enforcement,it better be on the bill of lading or load manifest!

If it's not say goodbye to your license for a while!
