Can drivers with one reckless driving ticket get back onthe road and how?

My sons dad has one reckless driving ticket that he got 3 years ago and it is the only ticket on his record. He is having a hard time finding a company that will hire him or find a refresher class that will help expunge the ticket.
Is there a company that will hire him? He has two more years before the ticket is off his record and he needs a job!
