Got careless driving ticket my first ticket in 9 years and it was some bs but can my company fire me

Ask your attorney if he can reduce it to a non moving equipment violation so it doesn't affect your insurance. Hopefully the DA accepts the contract.

I was wrongfully terminated for telling the DM to shove a load up his ass. They paid the unemployment for the weeks it took to find another job.

Normally they won't but some companies insurance won't carry you after a reckless or careless driving ticket.It would depend on there insurance.
